Mystery
I got this bottle at the Whisky Festival in Ghent (Belgium) in February 2011. Unfortunately it was already halfway and, truth be told, completely undrinkable.
Hence it's no use writing up a note for this one.
It was something of a mystery to me, since the bottle had no range name on it, but I found a similar bottle online with the word 'Select' on it. My bottle, on the other hand, has no such label, only and extra bit of Italian text on the back label.
According to my contact within the walhalla (i.e. the Auchentoshan distillery), this was indeed the Italian version of the Select, bottled before 1995.
